Standardised processes. Ready-to-use solutions. Result control
Reliable, High-Quality PCR Diagnostics
Modern molecular diagnostics requires not only high-quality reagents but also a convenient, standardised and reproducible workflow. Our PCR kits are designed around the real needs of the laboratory: from minimising manual steps and cutting reaction set-up time to built-in quality control and easy instrument configuration.
- Optimised laboratory workflow
- Convenience at every step
- Built-in quality control
- Extra protection against contamination
- Confidence in every result
What's Inside Every Kit
Every ATSGene kit is a ready-to-use solution for the laboratory: reagents are pre-dispensed, control is built in, and one protocol covers the entire range. Less preparation, fewer risks, more confidence in every result.
- Ready-to-use reaction mix in tubesThe reagent mix is already dispensed into PCR tubes — just add the sample and start the run.
- Internal endogenous controlAssesses sample quality and the correct course of the reaction without a separate control run.
- Single thermal protocolAll kits in the range share one amplification profile — configure the instrument once.
- Contamination protectionUDG enzyme in the mix prevents carry-over of products from previous PCR reactions.
- Ready-made thermal protocolsProtocol files are ready to download — no need to build the temperature profile by hand.
- Qualitative and quantitative formatsEvery target is available as a qualitative or quantitative kit — matched to the diagnostic task.
Open the kit. Add the sample. Start the run.
One of our key advantages: the ready-to-use reagent mix is already in the PCR tubes. Staff no longer need to prepare the working mix and dispense it into every tube before each run. This shortens reaction set-up time, reduces manual handling and makes PCR set-up standardised and precise. The kit also needs no aliquoting for storage.

Our Advantages – A Guarantee of Quality
Five design decisions built into every ATSGene PCR kit that simplify laboratory work and make results more reliable.
01. Standardisation without extra set-up
All kits run on a single thermal protocol. This standardises the operation of laboratory equipment and simplifies PCR testing without any additional configuration.
What does the laboratory gain?
- one unified approach to testing;
- fewer manual settings;
- simpler PCR instrument configuration;
- convenient work with different kits from the same range.
One protocol – one standardised workflow.
02. Less preparation. More efficiency
One of our key advantages: the ready-to-use reagent mix is already in the PCR tubes. Staff no longer need to prepare the working mix and dispense it into every tube before the run.
What does the laboratory gain?
- shorter reaction set-up time;
- fewer manual steps;
- convenient and efficient work for staff;
- a standardised and precise PCR set-up process.
Open the kit. Add the sample. Start the run.
03. An extra level of PCR purity control
The PCR mix contains UDG enzyme (Uracil-DNA Glycosylase), which prevents contamination by products of previous PCR reactions and ensures reliable purity control even under a high laboratory workload.
What does the laboratory gain?
- protection against cross-contamination;
- protection integrated into the reagent mix;
- lower risk of false-positive results;
- convenient for routine and batch PCR testing.
Contamination protection – already built into the PCR system.
04. More control. More confidence
The internal endogenous control makes it possible to assess the quality of the sample and the correct course of the PCR reaction without running an additional control reaction.
What does the laboratory gain?
- control over the testing process;
- extra confidence in the validity of the result;
- detection of potential problems with the sample;
- integrated control with no separate reaction required.
Control in every reaction – confidence in every result.
05. Convenient solutions for different diagnostic tasks
The kits come in qualitative and quantitative formats and include ready-made thermal protocols — no time is spent creating a temperature profile manually.
What does the laboratory gain?
- a format matched to the diagnostic task;
- qualitative PCR kits show the presence or absence of the target;
- quantitative PCR kits measure the amount of target in the sample;
- more options for interpreting results.
Qualitative or quantitative – the right format for the right task.
